This is a morning to slow down before the week starts again. No experience needed in yoga or in art. Just bring yourself.

What to expect

Yoga — A gentle guided flow to arrive in your body and settle your mind, led in the Crystal Dome.

A Gratitude Talk — A short, warm session from Zen Art on gratitude and self-belief, and how small daily practices change the way we speak to ourselves.

Neurographic Doodling — A calming creative exercise that uses free-flowing lines and soft colour to quiet a busy mind. There is no right way to do it, and no artistic skill required. You’ll leave with your own piece to take home.
