Senamees
I am the founder of Zen Art, where creativity and mindfulness come together to inspire and transform lives. My journey into the world of personal development began when I received my certification as an NLP practitioner from the John Grinder School.
This milestone sparked a profound interest in understanding the human mind, leading me to complete over 15 courses in various topics, including cognitive behavioral therapy, guided meditation, and mindfulness.
Every time I faced a challenge or difficulty,
I found myself turning to painting. It became my sanctuary, the best way to meditate, relax, and disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. By doing it mindfully and applying NLP techniques, each painting I do turned into a transformative experience, helping me to grow and understand myself better.
Through my corporate exposure,
I gained a deep understanding of the emotional and mental challenges people face. This realization pushed me to innovate and reflect on what truly helps me, and I decided to incorporate these elements into the Zen Art program.
From a young age,
I have reached significant milestones such as publishing articles, collaborating with world-class researchers, and winning national research competitions. I attribute these achievements to adopting effective mental and emotional strategies, utilizing my NLP knowledge to cultivate gratitude, resilience, and the ability to bounce back from mistakes, all while confidently pursuing my goals.
My path started with a degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Which naturally transitioned into a dedicated career in project management. This role showcased my analytical side as I led complex projects, ensuring they met the highest standards of quality and innovation. However, I always felt a pull towards my artistic side, finding true fulfillment in painting and creative expression.
